Gameplay

Drawing Phase: The player selected to draw is given a canvas and a set of drawing tools. They have a limited amount of time, typically around 60 seconds, to depict the word they've been given. The drawing phase is fast-paced, requiring quick thinking and creativity to convey the word accurately.
Guessing Phase: While one player is drawing, the other player is trying to guess the word based on the drawing being created in real time. The guessing player types their guesses into a text box, and the game provides feedback if they're getting closer to the correct answer.

How to play BattleTabs.io

How to Play:

Setup Your Fleet: At the beginning of the game, each player sets up their fleet of ships on a grid-based map. The ships can be placed horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally. The sizes of the ships vary, with larger ships taking up more grid spaces.
Take Turns: Players take turns firing cannonballs at their opponent's grid. The grid is divided into rows (letters) and columns (numbers), allowing players to specify the coordinates of their shots.
Fire Cannonballs: To attack, click on a grid square on your opponent's side of the screen. This will launch a cannonball at that location. The result of the shot will be displayed, indicating whether you hit an enemy ship or missed.
Hit or Miss: If your shot hits an enemy ship, it will be marked with a hit marker. You will then get another turn to continue firing until you miss. If you miss, the grid square will be marked with a miss marker.
Sinking Ships: When a ship is hit in all of its grid spaces, it is considered sunk. The opponent must announce which ship was sunk, and it will be displayed on the screen.
Destroy the Fleet: The goal is to sink all of the opponent's ships before they can sink yours. The player who successfully sinks all of their opponent's ships wins the game.
