Sudoku is a classic logic-based number placement puzzle. The goal is to fill a 9x9 grid with digits so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3x3 subgrids that compose the grid (also known as "regions") contain all of the digits from 1 to 9. The puzzle starts with some cells already filled in, and the player's task is to complete the grid according to the rules.

How to play Sudoku

  1. Selecting a Cell:

    • Click on the empty cell you want to fill.

  2. Entering a Number:

    • After selecting a cell, click on the number you want to enter into that cell. Alternatively, use the keyboard to type the number.

  3. Erasing a Number:

    • If you want to remove a number from a cell, click on the cell and then click on the "eraser" or "delete" button. You can also use the keyboard to delete the number.

  • Work on Rows, Columns, and Subgrids:

    • Focus on completing rows, columns, and subgrids one at a time.

  • Use Pencil Marks:

    • Some online Sudoku games provide a feature for pencil marks, which allow you to make temporary notes in cells.

  • Practice:

    • Regular practice improves your Sudoku-solving skills. Start with easy puzzles and gradually move to harder ones.
